Registration Requirements and Documentation
You should have received a packet of forms in the mail to fill out prior to arriving for registration. Below is a list of required documentation:

- LSN 2011-2012 Student Registration
- Proof of Residency
- Basis for Admission
- Web Permission
- RED Electronic Notification
Forms/Letters Mailed Home
You should have also received the following forms/letters. Please make any corrections to those forms and bring them to enrollment:

- Obligation Letter With Amount Due or Item to Return
