Missouri State Constitution Outline

Summary

 


                              This is an outline summary of the Constitution of the State of

Missouri.  The State Constitution is considerably longer that

 the federal Constitution.  It addresses areas that are not

 included a the Federal level (reserved powers).  It also mirrors

segments of the Federal Constitution (concurrent powers).

This includes the Amendments to the Constitution.
